Late arrival at Pudong: metro closed, taxi queue, and Didi timing

I landed after midnight at Pudong. Metro was closed, the taxi queue took around 35 minutes, and Didi prices were higher but still reasonable.

If you are tired, the official taxi queue is simple. If you use Didi, set the pickup point carefully because the app may default to a different terminal door.
